Subjects to be dealt with
 
 

                       A number of activities are held by Yantra on a regular basis.The objective of these sessions is to promote a better understanding of Mechanical engineering science and to expose all those participating to new possibilities and ideas to shape a better tomorrow.We intend to help students learn more about the mechanical subject and help them select their areas of interest.
 

Our main Activities are:

o Conduct Presentations and workshops by the professionals in the industry to provide an insight to the students into what the industry excepts, and about the new trends in the Industry

o Making students aware about the various options available after graduation.

o Providing a platform for the students to showcase their technical abilities and to improve their skills

o To conduct paper presentations, technical talks by the students.

o Create a study circle to prepare the students for the future competitive examinations

o Conduct mock campus interviews, tests like GRE, GMAT etc

o Hold GDs, table topics and personality development programs.
 
 

Subjects to be delt with in this academic year:

YANTRA, in this academic year has identified students having aptitude in the following areas and formed homogenous groups so that they can make presentations to other students with the help of professionals if required and contribute in sharing of knowledge and expertise.

o Aero modeling/Aeronautics
o Automotive Engineering
o Design Engineering
o Mechatronics/Robotics/MEMS
o Metallurgical Sciences
